Size & shape
Measure the space on your garment. Send the finished width and height in inches, plus your preferred shape.
Artwork & lettering
Share your logo or sketch and the exact wording. Point out any colors, dates or details that must stay in the design.
Stitching & backing
Discuss 50%, 75% or full embroidery coverage. Standard heat-activated backing supports iron-on application; patches can also be sewn on.
Tell us the garment material before choosing an application method. For leather or heat-sensitive items, discuss sewing instead of applying heat.

Can I order one custom patch?
Custom embroidered orders start at 24 pieces of the same design. Include separate quantities if you have more than one design.
What if my artwork is not finished?
Send what you have and explain the idea. A sketch or reference helps start the conversation; any design work and production requirements can be discussed with your quote.
Can I use a patch on leather?
Tell us the material and intended placement. Sewing is the option to discuss for leather; do not assume a garment can safely take heat.
Can you meet my event deadline?
Include the date in your first message. We’ll review production and delivery timing before confirming the order. A requested date is not a delivery guarantee.
How do I send my artwork?
Email your files to info@patchstop.com. The worksheet below prepares an email with your project details, so you can attach the artwork before sending.
