Wear a piece of Deadwood legend. Our Watch Your Back T-shirt pairs Wild West storytelling with a soft, comfortable garment and a substantial, heavier feel.
The story behind Watch Your Back
On August 2, 1876, Wild Bill Hickok was playing poker at Nuttal & Mann’s Saloon No. 10 in Deadwood, in what is now South Dakota, when Jack McCall shot him from behind. The aces and eights traditionally associated with his final poker hand became known as the Dead Man’s Hand.
This design draws on that moment in Deadwood history. The front features Deadwood lettering and a Dead Man’s Hand card graphic. The large back print depicts a Western poker scene with the reminder Watch Your Back. An American flag sleeve graphic completes the shirt.
